Brian L. Knepp

Brian Knepp is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in financial management and business leadership, Brian is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, including accounting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investment portfolio management, tax, SEC reporting, and investor relations.  Brian also oversees the organization’s deposit and loan operations and facilities departments.

Brian is a graduate of Susquehanna University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
