Michelle M. Karas

Michelle Karas is Senior Vice President, Chief Data Officer and Secretary for Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. In Shelley’s over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has held various roles within the Marketing, Strategic Planning and Operations areas in organizations. Shelley applies this knowledge to the areas she oversees within the organization, including Data Collection & Mining,  Information Technology, E-Banking, Call Center, and Document Management. Shelley also oversees the Shareholder Relations functions.

Shelley Is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, School of Bank Marketing & Management, Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking, Central Atlantic Commercial Lending School.
