Luzerne Bank is committed to protecting our customers against potential debit card fraud.   Please let us know when you are traveling to ensure your debit card transactions are not rejected. Purchases at stores and ATM withdrawals will not be rejected as long as you use your Personal Identification Number (PIN).  Debit card transactions made without using your PIN might be rejected in certain places inside as well as outside of the United States, so it is important to inform us of places you will be traveling to in order for us to ensure your purchases are not rejected.
